If we discover a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order and give you the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel.

Payment & Billing

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines, rates, and carrier details are described in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from SUNFUN TECH pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Returns & Warranty

Our return and warranty policies are described in detail on our Warranty page. In general:

• Most unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Select components carry a 1-year limited warranty
• Refurbished items carry a 90-day warranty
• Approved warranty claims ship free via standard domestic shipping

Products that have been physically damaged, modified, or misused are not eligible for return or warranty service.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You may not:
